Children under 2 years of age are free of charge, children over 2 years of age are counted as additional persons and charged as such in above quoted prices.
Short Term Rentals
A 50% reservation deposit is required within 7 days of booking to hold a short term reservation. Rental balance and damage deposit is due within 30 days of scheduled arrival. Utilities (gas, electric, water and local phone) are included in the rental price for short term rentals.Long Term Rentals
First months rent is required within 7 days of booking to hold a long term reservation. Last months rent, damage deposit, utility and cleaning deposits are due within 30 days of scheduled arrival. The following utilities are not included in the rental price for long term rentals: gas, electric and water. Basic monthly local phone charge is included in the rental price.
The lease agreement, including release of liability, will be mailed to you for signing within 48 hours of booking. The signed lease must be returned with payment of reservation deposit within 7 days of receipt to hold a reservation.
A $300 refundable damage deposit is required on all rentals. Damage deposits are refundable minus costs of damages or extra housekeeping depending on condition of premises upon tenant departure. If the damage deposit is not sufficient to cover damages or cleaning services tenant agrees to provide necessary funds.
A Mexican sales tax of 10% will be added to rental prices quoted above.
Reservation payments are non-refundable unless Mokie’s can rent the premises for the same period of time. Mokie’s will reimburse tenant amount that is recovered minus any costs to Mokie’s in securing a new tenant.Rescheduling is dependent upon Mokie’s availability.
By signing a contract with Mokie’s you release Mokie’s from any loss, liability, damage or cost that you or your guests incur to their person(s) or property while staying at Mokie’s or utilizing independent contractors during your vacation stay. Independent contractors include all suppliers of tours, transportation, sports gear and instruction.
By booking with Mokie’s you acknowledge and agree that the venue for any dispute or claim made against Mokie’s shall be made in the country of Mexico.
