Surround yourself with dense desert vegetation, including cactus up to 900 years old! Watch the wind come in and the dolphins swim by from Mokie’s beachfront terrace, complete with wet bar! Grab your water toys from Mokie’s beachfront sail loft just steps from the water on our sloping sandy dune and GO!

Casita Blanca - Studio Accomodations
• Brand new construction! Private, 500 square foot studio.
• Complete kitchen, all kitchen utensils provided – including the margarita glasses!
• Bedroom area with full size bed, closet and dresser.
• Living room/sitting area with a TV/VCR/videos and 2 full size futon couches.
• Bathroom with large shower.
• Views of the Sea, Cerralvo Island and mountains from every window
• Terraces facing the sunrises over the Sea of Cortez and the sunsets behind the mountains.
• Weekly cleaning service provided, more frequent cleaning service provided at additional cost.
• Rental includes use of our beachfront terrace, complete with wet bar.
• Rental includes use of our beachfront sail loft for gear storage – 30 feet from water.
• Within walking distance of gear rental, kiting and windsurfing lessons, and restaurant.
• Listing and directions to local shops and restaurants provided with rental.
